This is a site born out of passion and frustration. Passion about music and the frustration over the repetition of the same music and being oversaturated with the same artists over and over and over again.

I have a somewhat ADD personality and as such I can tolerate the same music for only a few listens. This dawning realization came to me on a long road trip as I was about punch out my car radio while trying to find something that I hadn’t heard for the 5,000th time.

The Internet has definitely made it easier for artists to get music out to their fans, however, there is a glut of music out there. I’ve tried to do some of the legwork for you by exploring the dark recesses of the internet and finding hidden treasures.

I thought I might be on to something when I played some of the new music I’m finding for some of my middle aged friends who were complaining about listening to the same Who and Led Zeppelin songs. When my kids started stealing my music or asking me about some of the songs I was playing, I knew I had to do something.

We are living in a golden age of music and you are doing yourself a dis-service if you don’t check out at least one of my podcasts. If you like it please share it with your friends, Justin Bieber only deserves so much attention and these artists are definitely worth a listen.
